small room rude receptionist
the location was quite good, near everything important, making it easy to explore.
the room i had was quite small and lacked a window, , made me feel a bit claustrophobic, the receptionist seemed rude when i asked for an extra blanket because there were only two blankets for a triple room, i was like my request was reasonable and it was disappointing to be met with such an unwelcoming attitude.

charming stay indeed
neat decoration friendly staff kind cleaner shaped towels
the central area had neat, traditional decoration, i liked that. all staff, including reception and restaurant people, were really friendly. noura, the cleaner, was especially kind and warm and she really cared about keeping the rooms clean. she made our double bed look so nice, using flowers and shaped towels.
The bathroom could use a shelf. I found i had nowhere to put things once inside. it was a small inconvenience, though.

lovely breakfast quiet location really clean room small shower different room staff inadaptability
the breakfast was simple but lovely. there was a variety of pancakes, cake, egg, yogurt, fruit, tea, and breads (i really enjoyed the pancakes!). the location is great. it's in the city center but very quiet at night. the room was really clean.
the shower was very small and not great. i was given a completely different room than the one i had booked. the room in the pictures was much bigger and had a completely different layout (it was a bit disappointing). the staff showed little adaptability to my requests.

central location professional staff clean room
The location is AMAZING!!! It is close to the main square and services, about 200m. The staff is professional and friendly. The room and space were clean. Breakfast was good and the location is very comfortable.

Breakfast on the terrace was a delight every day. The breakfast included eggs and different moroccan bread. Yoghurt, fruit, cake, orange juice and teas were also available. The breakfast was delicious and generous.

The location is central, right in the heart of the medina. It remains very quiet at night. Every shop and restaurant you could want is accessible. The main square is easy and quick to reach.

The breakfast was simple YET lovely. it had a generous quantity of pancakes, cake, yogurt, fruit, and bread. the staff was very friendly. I found them helpful.
The shower was very SMALL. My room had a smell that never went away.

the location was good for visiting jemaa el fna and the souks. the bathroom was in good condition and included a lovely hot shower.
the rooms are very small. the internet connection worked very poorly , it was difficult to stay connected.
